2. Provide Your Vision: At checkout, look for the "Special Instructions/Order Note" box. Please use it to tell me:

• Key Colours: (e.g., Mint Green and Gold, Hot Pink and Black, All Pearls, etc.)

• Personalization: (e.g., "The Letter J," “name”, etc 

3. The Design Consultation (We Review): I will review your request and may reach out via email within 48 hours with any follow-up questions or to show you a component layout for your approval.

4. Creation & Ship: I will lovingly hand-build your charm and ship it within 5-7 business days.
